  1. Even if the blood lined up it still could have happened anywhere. It can only be called "in situ" if blood is found on the pavement, wheel and wheel well. Alignment just with hub cap and well is not sufficient to put site zero there.

  2. I cant believe they didnt luminol the site. They were tented, time allowed a dried environment. CSI was sloppy.
