  1. The Constitution provides for this situation. Why would the press object to following Constitutional process. Why not say with wry resignation, we saw this with Gore v Florida hanging chads, and this is just another case of the 232 year old Document/LAW, that provides our American system with such robustness: The U.S. Constitution. In essence, these reporters, the trolls here in comments, are complaining about the Constitution. They dont like it. They might prefer the communist manifestos. Ok then, go where they are the law of the land. Not getting that here. Ever.
