  4. And actually, the President's first Pennsylvania speech was inspired, unrehearsed, not read from a monitor. His Rose Garden intro to the swearing in of the new AJSC was stilted, reading of prepared material, so I'll give you at least that. His reading is halting. But other than that, he is well spoken. How would you or the average anyone do in front of cameras and lights and millions of watchers?
