What these people are worried about is not hate speech it's someone dropping a bombshell about something or someone who is high profile and them not having access to this information to be able to take it down. Everyone knows that there are secrets that all governments are keeping and like Edward Snowden and Julian Assange where able to expose certain things that were in fact true regardless of how they obtained this information they don't want a platform that give access to so many people. Every intelligent person knows what is really going on they just don't want to talk about it for safety concerns.
