  2. The Russians didn't want peace even before they completely destroy a city and the Ukrainian government say they want to start serious negotiating for peace does that make any sence? The Russian didn't want peace before how are you going to negotiate peace now? It's like a guy bashes your face beyond recognition and you tell him please don't break my finger.
