  10. Wasn’t the medal for using his tazer to prevent a suicide? Anyway: Choked out a guy in 2019 because he said he said the guy tensed up after he kicked him in the stomach for lowering his hands. Choked a 14 year old, dragged her out the house with her feet dangling & sat on her cuffed while the squad car pulled around. Yanked a woman out of her car for doing 10 over the speed limit. Plenty more, including from El Nuevo Rodeo, where he worked security & choked patrons.

  17. He definitely knew, not only was he told by his own peers but he was applying painful stimuli to Mr Floyd’s left hand the entire time. The 2 rookies let up & he never told them to get back on Mr Floyd. If he thought he was a threat he would have coached them to stay on Mr Floyd too. He simply didn’t value the man’s life.
