This is getting old. She was not pregnant & it wasn’t a knife
1
Prosecution failed on this factor. He states on the bodycam transcripts that he had been playing basketball earlier. She was cut off stating what he told her in the store. Sad.
1
@jasonbrady2495 Since when is a hypothetical “maybe” statement referred to as a fact?
1
@wasaglass My bad, It is instant when taken intravenously. Dr Tobin stated pills within 5 minutes, not about 5 minutes. He also completely dismissed the possibility of fentanyl overdose though. So if you’re referencing him to correct my IV vs pill timing, why would you not believe the rest of his testimony?
1
@wasaglass He didn’t just state respiratory rate, he ruled it out completely but again, you are belittling his ability while using only the part of his testimony that suits you. He’s either credible on the topic or not. That said, the toxicologist & every other medical expert agreed with him.
1
@brandon10301991 Morphine was found in the urine, not the blood. That means he took it several days prior.
1
@brandon10301991 There was no heroin & fentanyl tolerance varies with the upper limit at 70ng. This was fully discussed in the trial.
1
Chauvin digs his knee into Mr Floyd’s neck after he’s not responsive. You do know what a blood choke is, right?
1
Iss Burri Fentanyl concentration increases postmortem
1
@trolltoll4205 Compare Prince’s toxicology report to Mr Floyd’s & you might understand. Otherwise, I’m sure today’s witnesses covered it.
1
@PhucQ bendover You googled “Chauvin tax evasion” & got nothing? Yeah, right
1
@PhucQ bendover Use quotation marks
1
@notlikely4468 That’s what hobbles are for
1
@BB-pg5kl Context?

@fliprodriguez5250 2. Neck restraints shall not be used against subjects who are passively resisting as defined by policy. (04/16/12)
1
@fliprodriguez5250 b. Consider whether a subject’s lack of compliance is a deliberate attempt to resist or an inability to comply based on factors including, but not limited to: · Medical conditions · Mental impairment · Developmental disability · Physical limitation · Language barrier · Influence of drug or alcohol use · Behavioral crisis
1
@fliprodriguez5250 Why not? That was the policy at the time this happened. Actually, since 2012 & Chauvin was trained about it repeatedly throughout his career.
1
@fliprodriguez5250 He said he was claustrophobic & had COVID. They also acknowledged he was intoxicated.
1
@fliprodriguez5250 So you think claustrophobic people don’t drive? He asked to sit in the front seat of squad car. He tried deep breaths & counting to 3. He asked them to roll the windows down. He also asked them not to leave him. That sounds like claustrophobia to me. Just needed some patience, not pushing & shoving & tensing the situation like Kueng did.
1
@rahn45 Your volunteer better have the same bruises on their face and shoulder when you’re done. The ones I’ve seen so far are a joke, centering the handcuffs comfortably, etc.
1
20 weeks for Virginia, just need a ged
1
Did the prosecution not object? I remember Nelson running that by someone but not sure which witness it was.
1
The jury slept through this one so I doubt it
1
@fiveo9127 Incorrect. Fentanyl overdose is instant.
1
@almostclutch423 If he doesn’t do time for this, the IRS will get him
1
Unfortunately, it’s looking like 10 yrs max
1
@shakostarsun Officer fired. Next
1
@louisbarrow4671 You won’t be dancing too long, he’s got the felony tax evasion trial after this.
1
Did they die with a knee in their neck?
1
@chamberizer Or they’ve just found a less obvious way to get away with it.
1
Oh thanks, I’m glad you were with him all day & the night before to determine the reason he was so tired.
1
Jules Nemo Did you watch the part where he digs his knee into Mr Floyd’s neck after he’s unresponsive?
1
Jules Nemo Yes I did
1
Jules Nemo Definitely
1
@gabe6281 He was comfortably handcuffed. Nothing like the video we saw.
1
@carlyhall7821 That’s a very hateful and disgusting thing to say.
1
@GodWeenSatan Yes, there is also the Florida thing. There are 9 counts of felony tax invasion. This information is easy to google.
1
@cindyj5522 The owner, Maya Santamaria, stated they worked together on Tuesday nights, which was urban night. This is from both CBS news & CNN.
1
@fredharvey2720 It was the same shift.
1
Funny how the only 2 “experts” defense had were retired. Both paid, one incompetent & the other contradicting his testimony from 2014 regarding the prone restraint.
1
The crowd didn’t distract the other 2 officers that were on him. They checked for a pulse, Lane asked to roll him on his side & Kueng said “We shouldn’t be doing this”
1
@rabbiforrskeincoinblatt3052 If you don’t have the left side facial & shoulder bruises, you didn’t do it right. Let alone someone pushing your arm into your back during it.
1
@rabbiforrskeincoinblatt3052 & there wouldn’t be neck bruising, since it was simply closing the hypothalamus. Fingers leave bruises because of their size. You missed a lot of testimony
1
@camodude4316 Nice try by the defense, too bad it was corrected huh? The correct statement Mr Floyd said was “I ain’t doin no drugs”
1
Frank RIZZO 3rd degree murder: The unintentional killing of another through an eminently dangerous act committed with a depraved mind and without regard for human life.
1
Frank RIZZO You stated if he were to be charged with murder, there would need to be intent. I just showed you Minnesota’s definition.
1
Chauvin was a career criminal & for a lot more than $20
1
He was completely unprepared to cross exam 2 experts....He literally threw a tantrum in court over it & blamed the prosecution until he realized it was his own neglect...
1
Hypothetically, if you ignore tolerance. In this case, since the incident was recorded, you’d also have to ignore his respiratory rate.
