  4.  @biloz2988  Not really. People that nod off from drugs don’t just snap out of that. He could have been tired from a number of things, including lack of sleep or intense exercise. He stated in the bodycam transcript that he was hooping (playing basketball) earlier.

  9. I’m disappointed that her reply was cut off when Mr Floyd told her why he was tired. Something about earlier in the day. According to the bodycam transcripts, he stated he had been hooping earlier. His brother testified earlier that meant playing basketball. Big mistake for the prosecution to miss that.

  10. Prosecution failed on this factor. He states on the bodycam transcripts that he had been playing basketball earlier. She was cut off stating what he told her in the store. Sad.

  12.  @wasaglass  My bad, It is instant when taken intravenously. Dr Tobin stated pills within 5 minutes, not about 5 minutes. He also completely dismissed the possibility of fentanyl overdose though. So if you’re referencing him to correct my IV vs pill timing, why would you not believe the rest of his testimony?

He’s either credible on the topic or not. That said, the toxicologist & every other medical expert agreed with him.
