He used a neck hold on a 14 year old, pulled her out of the house with her legs dragging & sat on her cuffed in the prone position while his partner drove the cruiser over. He also yanked a woman out of her car for doing 10 over the speed limit. I haven’t even read the other 15 misconduct complaints yet.
