He showed far more respect than that bad cop deserved.

@humptydumptybrianstelter9480 Even the judge nodded off during Nelson’s nonsense. He lterally interrupted a run on sentence to call lunch.
3
They didn’t even arrest him properly. Two rookies should not be partners.
2
@jaym9846 Maybe you need to read the bodycam transcripts. He was not arrested properly. He was not told why he was even handcuffed or getting in the squad car.
2
Why do you care about a bad cop that likes to choke people out over petty offenses? That doesn’t even contribute to the taxes that supply his paycheck?
2
Thomas Jefferson would have encouraged the same thing.
2
You thought you’d get an honest answer?
2
Will you be there on June 30th for his next felony trial too?

2. Neck restraints shall not be used against subjects who are passively resisting as defined by policy. (04/16/12)

@danielochs5076 There is nothing in the transcript backing up your claim.

The only known lethal dose of fentanyl is 70ng, due to a thing called tolerance. Educate yourself instead of spreading lies.
1
@zulubravo9434 Incorrect. Learn what tolerance is.
1
@zulubravo9434 Incorrect. Did you even bother watching this trial?
1
@zulubravo9434 He was a chronic user with a significant tolerance. This was documented & testified. Living DUI drivers had nearly 5 times his 11ng in them & they didn’t die. Your quote was corrected but even if it hadn’t been, the pills were on the floor not in his system.
1
@zulubravo9434 They covered his tolerance. Even a defense witness, Michelle Moseng, who thought she was testifying for the defense, helped prove his tolerance from a previous hospital visit. The ratio of metabolism tells you if a person can’t handle the drug. The phrase was corrected as “I ain’t do no drugs”. It’s sad because I watched the trial live & Nelson thought the DUI drivers died. He literally threw a fit when he screwed up his cross exam & tried to blame the prosecution until he finally realized he failed to read the updated report. Second time he was completely unprepared to cross exam an expert witness. No wonder he tossed around so many hypotheticals.
1
@zulubravo9434 You obviously didn’t watch the cross exam on Reyerson. He corrected what he heard. Not reading the rest of your wall as I don’t believe you watched the full trial and have a bias opinion.
1
@uf1978 Passive resistance due to a medical condition or intoxication = no neck restraint. Bad cop didn’t follow his own policy manual.

“A little rebellion now and then is a good thing” - Thomas Jefferson

There were police testifying against him. They’d have to be racist or completely incompetent.

Female 1: He’s about to pass out. Thomas Lane: I think he passing out. Derek Chauvin: You guys all right, though ? Thomas Lane: Yeah
1
I think he’ll get 3rd degree
1
@RyanJerdon Or you could just google “Why are asphyxia deaths so difficult to prove” instead of being lazy & arrogant.
1
The brain got cut off, it needs 20%. Dr Tobin already explained this...

Female 1: He’s about to pass out. Thomas Lane: I think he passing out. Derek Chauvin: You guys all right, though ? Thomas Lane: Yeah
1
@FungusMossGnosis No, they didn’t. The paramedic, Seth Bravinder, said he was dead when he first got there & that he was dead when he dropped him off at the hospital.
1
@jenntip You must have missed DrTobin’s testimony where he covered his respiratory rate...
1
Correct, the MPD listed intoxication as one of the criteria for not using a neck restraint: 2. Neck restraints shall not be used against subjects who are passively resisting as defined by policy. (04/16/12) b. Consider whether a subject’s lack of compliance is a deliberate attempt to resist or an inability to comply based on factors including, but not limited to: · Medical conditions · Mental impairment · Developmental disability · Physical limitation · Language barrier · Influence of drug or alcohol use · Behavioral crisis
1
@Drawfornoone The way he did it was not trained or approved. He used his knee instead of arms or thighs. It is used mainly to get cuffs on and then you are supposed to put the suspect in the recovery position.
1
Most of his arrests were for possession or petty theft. Only one felony & he did his time. Chauvin has another felony trial set in June for tax evasion, that’ll be his 2nd felony. Looks like your bad cop is more of a criminal than the dead man you’re mocking.
1
Good thing you’re not on the jury, you obviously weren’t paying attention.
1
@itsmeforsure5475 Then why are you posting an analysis?
1
Get some glasses
1
Supguy Passive resistance due to medical conditions (claustrophobia, COVID) or intoxication = no neck restraint allowed. It was in their policy manual & Chauvin knew better. He’d just gotten away with it too many times to care.
1
The same should be said of the entire trial but instead we still have “it was an od” , etc. There will always be people that form opinions based on snippets.
