@TheHaratashi He was told by several people that he was. Kueng also states “ We shouldn’t be doing this” & Lane asks about rolling him on his side. He stated he was fine as long as he could still talk. He didn’t talk for 3 minutes = he knew damn well he was killing him.

@genmen Glanced over your wall of text, nice try at discrediting Dr Tobin. Too bad he watched the death from all angles over 100 times & recreated a 3D reenactment. The fentanyl was low. Lower than 90% of the DUIs in the chart. For example, Prince had 6 times as much when he died....Again, nice try.

This witness stated that Chauvin applied pain to Mr Floyd’s left cuffed hand throughout the hold (which is visible in Keung’s bodycam). So, you’re telling me Chauvin didn’t notice the lack of life after Mr Floyd took his last breath if he was holding his hand?

I heard it way before the trial, it was definitely him denying using drugs. Defense is just trying to confuse the jury & create doubt. Looking at these sheep in the comments says that’s pretty easy to do.

@os01441 Incorrect. I watched the full trial today & he insisted Chauvin kept his knee in Mr Floyd’s neck. The only time it was on the shoulder was when the ambulance got there & he was already dead.

@joelrivard5598 I am following the trial live. Several witnesses stated the knee was on the neck, including Dr Tobin today (an expert in physiology) who stated 90% of the time. The witness in this video insisted the knee was on the neck also & added Chauvin was applying pain to Mr Floyd’s left hand as well.

@Bozo_Weirdo Hundreds if people have died in prone restraints. That’s why suspects are supposed to be put in a recovery position (side or seated) immediately after they are cuffed.

@genmen Your fatal dose in incorrect. It varies based on tolerance. Concentration also increases postmortem. I understand all the defense has to do is create doubt, but they’re not going to do it via drug overdose after so many have testified it was not the cause of death. With that out of the way (for most of us) maybe they should have tested Chauvin’s blood because he ignored his victim, the crowd, his peers & even the paramedics when it came to removing that knee.

It’s difficult to analyze due to tolerance & that’s why the fatal range varies all the way up to 70ng. It’s insignificant at this point. But even if, for the sake of argument, it had been an od he’d still be responsible. You can’t just let a suspect in your care od when you know cpr & carry Narcan

@genmen Sgt Stiger’s testimony covers the code 4 argument. Drugs are not “one size fits all”. The upper limit of fentanyl was 70 ng. That means someone with a higher tolerance than Prince would have survived his fatal dose. You read the side effects on a prescription that says “may cause death” ? Are you saying everyone that takes it dies? Tolerance with alcohol is an easier example. This is the reason some people can drink their friends under the table. It’s also why someone who hasn’t had a drink in a long time gets drunk faster.

You can’t just say because someone died from 3ng that it’s a lethal dose for others. The jury saw the charts showing that both Mr Floyd’s level was low compared to living users. When people die of fentanyl overdose, their ratio of metabolizing is high, showing they had no tolerance. Mr Floyd’s ratio was low = he had tolerance.
