Passenger items were found at every crash site. No one actually confirmed it was in "pristine condition". That's just an invention from conspiracy theorists.

Insurance against terrorism wasn't uncommon. The WTC was the target of a terrorist attack only a few years earlier and was insured against it then. The owner was forced to rent an empty site for years which cost millions. He spent a small fortune in legal fees and in the end his payout was less than the cost of rebuild. Trying to claim that 9/11 was an insurance scam is ludicrous.

Was it asbestos? Was it to go to war? You're just piling together claims and hoping they look convincing together. ....and anyway... Of the WTC complex buildings only the North Tower had any asbestos and only below the 40th floor. Much of that had been removed during the course of normal renovations over the years.
