What are the problems?

Where is he wrong?

@unknowntexan4570 "For one he confuses confidence in the belief system with pride." Where does he do this? be specific. "Christian humility arises from Christ's willingness to serve and to reach down from his position even to the point of self sacrifice. So humility is acting in love" This is gibberish that never gets close to addressing the content of the video. "Lastly, it was Christian theology that made humility a virtue," It may be.... but that doesn't make all the arrogant points go away.

@unknowntexan4570 ". He makes the argument that the belief system itself is arrogance and therefore Christian humility is false pre factum." ...ok ...how is that confusing belief with pride? "His argument is essentially is to say that belief in God is prideful." Actually no... that isn't his argument at all. It's mot merely having belief that is arrogant... " question begging and classic straw doll." Now that's ironic... so you change...simplify and dumb down the arguments made in the video to a couple of one liners... then declare they are wrong... then declare they are arrogant....and to top it off you accuse him of erecting straw men. Your post is actually quite (unintentionally) funny.

@unknowntexan4570 You're numbing down and simplifying what he actually said so you can attack it.

" But you're kind of right" He is absolutely right... our bodies contain many flaws. It's almost as if they evolved in some natural process that worked well enough to for survival and passing genes....

@blakeavila4409 Seriously? This is hardly unknown or controversial stuff. http://nautil.us/issue/24/error/top-10-design-flaws-in-the-human-body

@blakeavila4409 "We aren’t supposed to get low back pain" But we do ...often due to the poor design. "The curve in the neck is referred to as the arc of life by chiropractors," ...and? ", knees won’t break if you stay on your toes and rotate" and? "childbirth didn’t use to hurt," What?! Of course it did. ". I’m in the 25% who don’t have them but they would come in handy if you lost a few teeth" ...and? Ok I think we can stop there. None of these response excuse the poor design. Yes doctors...scientists.. can recommend things or improve things with surgery... but this would be humans making up for the poor design.

@blakeavila4409 "Your article is buzzfeed level." Your response was somewhat worse than buzzfeed level. "Straight backs couldn’t bear the same load forces. Ball and socket knees couldn’t run. ...and extra teeth is better than not enough teeth" None of these weak responses address the many design flaws. "Critical thinking" Irony.

@blakeavila4409 "No real threats were offered by your article." To a die hard religious person... it doesn't matter what you are given... you will always spew out excuses as laughable as those ones. "Hopefully I’ve instilled just a little bit of doubt in the narrative." You've provided an example of a religious person having their beliefs challenged... pushing through the doubt...and waving away reason. Good work!

@blakeavila4409 "Here’s a guy who talks against the narrative" Oh you found a guy!... a guy who disagrees...with what exactly? " No seriously your article doesn’t hold water" Of course it does. But sure lets look at Nature.. https://www.nature.com/articles/news.2010.215 Let me guess... you're going to tell me that Nature is just buzzfeed..... Oh look you said "seriously"...well ..now that I know you're serious that changes everything. No wait it doesn't. " Just please talk to one expert about one criticism." You're not quite getting it.... the fact that that there is a medical industry...constantly propping up the human body...just works against the idea of a perfectly designed body.
1
@blakeavila4409 "Mark H Athlene x on the low back" you're not recovering your ground here... Yes there was ways to fix back pain...that doesn't change the fact that there are flaws int he first place. You're not quite getting it....yes humans can find ways to make the flaws less of a problem...but the flaws are still there.

@blakeavila4409 "If you don’t treat the body wrong, no damage is done." This shows a complete misunderstanding of the design flaws we're talking about.
