  1. Certainly by my reckoning the technology available for years now to insure the intensity of these 'Death Star' beams dim when they are not at all needed to be so bright. Same with light bars on police and other official use vehicles. During daylight hours the high intensity is of great value. But in low light as night time hours all these devices, including traffic signals, could be sensitive to how intense the lumens needs to be for the purpose intended. But no legislative body in our world is annoyed by this because those individuals are not behind the wheel of an automobile. They are chauffeured about by some kind of government tax paid operator.😮
