  1. Homelessness has always been an issue in the US going back to the Pilgrims. Reagan severely escalated the problem by emptying psychiatric hospitals and dumping 700K+ people on the streets. Homeless people are not counted in the unemployment figures, which heavily skews the economic picture. Here's my solution... we take all the homeless people (millions) and give them military training and send them to fight in Ukraine using "combined arms" tactics ----without--- air support. Cf. Jonathan Swift's "solution" for poverty in Ireland.

  2. If we give (part of) Ukraine to Putin, will he stop? Let's not forget Moldova and Georgia before Ukraine... Will conceding encourage China? (its borders, Taiwan, South asian sea)
