  1. This is dreadful reporting! Russia is experiencing phantom "growth"... based on military spending. Deduct that and the Russian economy has and continues to plummet. You can not compare a "war economy" to a normal economy. Even Putin's prize Gazprom is dying with the lowest numbers in its entire existence (including production numbers).
