  1. I'm reminded of the 1960s/70s where the IRA organized groups in the US to collect support for their cause. The money went to supplying arms/munitions that wosened the bombings in England/N.Ireland.

  2. If you want the killing in Gaza to stop, then the 1968 riots outside the Chicaco Democratic convention is a very bad example. It led to the Republican Nixon getting elected and who made the Vietnam War even worse and more Vietnamese dying.
