  1. Taking away the ability of experts to protect people (who spent years training to understand the issues) and giving it to partisan judges that can be selected by big money is not a recipe for stability in this country.

  2.  @roadrunner3867  I'd agree with you 100%... IF we could trust congress. Unfortunately, "harm us financially" essentially equates to the current situation where greed has corrupted both SCOTUS and congress. I'm not entirely comfortable with lefty college grads making decisions about the environment, finances, etc. But I'd trust their "good" intentions over the current version of the GOP... or the dems for that matter. "Checks and balances"...
