Another way the Ukrainian Government can counter these dangerous allegations is to pass the responsibility on to the Western nations - publicly invite representatives from their militaries to come to the Ukrainian Army's Equipment Depots whenever they wish to audit how the Western arms are being used by it. Needless to say, intenally, there should be severe punishment for any Ukrainian military/political officials who are caught doing this, to stamp it out.
