If "farmer Phil" is genuinely offering that salary a year after tax, a free house to live in with no rent/mortgage or council tax to pay on it, which is the equivalent in total of 45K p/a, for looking after a herd of cows for someone, & he can't find any1 living in the UK willing to do it, .... there's something seriously wrong with his business.
