Every time you come home wash your hands with hot water & soap as soon as you come in touching nothing before you do so, & wipe all shopping packaging with bleach wipes as soon as you bring it home, & wipe the sink taps you've touched to wash your hands too. Shopping packaging is a primary transmission source of viruses. Also, purchase a FFP3 or a N95 level respirator in case it gets any worse for use when yr in close presence of lots of people in a confined space - like public transport. Look for the quality ones with a good seal around the bridge of the nose. Recent Government reports into them indicate they do reduce airborne viral infection substantially. Only buy ones made by a known manufacturer in original packaging with the legal statement on citing it as this level of protection - there are lots of jokers on ebay selling useless masks as "FFP3"/N95 when they aren't.
