Build a Trump wall between Ulster & Ireland, from Dundalk to Lough Foyle, 50ft high & 50ft thick, with a series of watchtowers along it manned by a reformed Royal Ulster Constabulary, along with ground sensors to prevent tunneling, & have 10 entry gates for road traffic, & a specially designed gateway for the Dublin-Belfast railway line. This will stop illegal immigration entering the UK from the eu, create a customs control point, stop smuggling & act as a bulwark against terrorist outbreaks in the future from the Irish. If this had existed in the 1970s-80's the PIRA would have been defeated much earlier. It would also be a tourist attraction like the Great Wall of China if built well & attractively enough. If we had a decent government this could be done, but we don't.
