Galloway's wrong here, the governments of the 1st World have been increasingly targeting Fascist movements in recent years with draconian oppressive measures, & Nationalists & even Reactionary Conservatives along with them to a degree. The fact that 1 staged a successful attack is no more a symptom of government neglect than the Provos doing the same during the war in Ulster. No matter how good your security is, some will be missed & get thru. (Not sure the Blueshirts were exactly "Anglo-Saxons" either, btw).
