The Bushmen don't "own" the land, they regard themselves as a part of it, like the aborigines of Australia, you're thinking with a sensibility that hunter-gatherers don't possess, & their way of life wasn't impeded by the colonisation by Europeans of the coastal areas of South Africa, which was very arid & barren ground - as most of SA is, which is why it was almost devoid of human habitation. As for Europeans "helping themselves", man has generally been doing that since his first origins, it's a trait of human nature. The Southern tip of Africa greatly benefited from their presence, it was turned from a deserted arid scrub wasteland to a farmland-garden of thriving human habitation, but I guess you're not interested in any of that, if you're a Marxist all you can see is "White Imperialism" to ideologically rant against.
