Mmm, the problem with what Prof. Sinclair is saying with regard to a physical fitness & dietary programme extending natural lifespan is, that I'm not aware of any1 who maintains what he recommends throughout their lives - ex-professional athletes for instance who maintain a healthy physically fit lifestyle into their later years, living any longer than people who don't, they all physiologically conk out generally in their 3 score years & 10 (or 20). I see none of this class of people who are living until they're 130, with the couch potatoes all checking out at 50. Physical fitness & good diet is fine & it may keep you in good shape thru your life, but I see no evidence that it actually expands that life timewise, which is what he's pursuing with his work.
