  1. Politicians know people don't actually read the bill. So if you put a name like "FOR THE PEOPLE" their voters will actually believe it's for the people. This is for the Politicians though.

  9. The only way they can pass it is by eliminating the filibuster. 2 democrats in the senate are refusing to do that. So this is DOA.
