  3. Real-estate tax codes are so crazy you need a PhD to understand them. So many loopholes it's crazy. The real reason I think he won't release them is because it will falsely show tremendous loses so he didn't have to pay any taxes. Being rich is extremely important to him.

  4.  @Kaotiqua  I struggle with the fact that he might be smarter than a lot of people think. It's not easy to win the general election to become president. Especially with almost all the media against you and a whole party against you. There's a thin line between being a genius and being crazy. He plays the media and the democrats like a fiddle. They fall for it every time. So yes I think he's smart enough to know this.
