  2.  @Machlyes  That 2nd degree isn't going to hold up in court. People are going to be mad af when they walk. When you move off of emotions instead of what you can prove in court. They tend to over charge and when you do that you risk them walking free. Case and point Marilyn Mosby in Baltimore with the Freddie Grey case. ALL of those cops walked free.
