@kevinskiles2033 The problem is this my friend. Trump can claim executive privilege on the witnesses they want. And there's nothing the senate can do. House democrats weren't ready for trial. This should've been ironed out before it went to the senate. This is exactly why there's 3 branches of the government!!!!!!

@dustinbaker8272 Any conversation any of the witnesses had with Trump is going to be privileged information. It will be a complete waste of time. They're going to ask questions they know they can't answer to try to muddy the waters.

@dustinbaker8272 That's why there's 3 branches of the government. When the president claims executive privilege and congress wants information. They have to go to court. It may be fucked up and you may disagree but that's the system.
