  4. I think it all depends on how strong the prosecutions case is!! If the defense attorneys feel that the case is weak and they feel like they can beat it in court. There's no incentive to cooperate. If the defense attorneys feel like the case is strong then I believe we'll see her cooperating.

  6. The judge should've stepped in. The judge can say I reject this plea agreement. That was the craziest plea agreement I've ever heard of in my life!! I received a harsher sentence for driving with a suspended license.
