  1. The chain of command goes like this. The chief of the capital police reports directly to the sergeant of arms. There are two sergeant of arms. One reports directly to Nancy Pelosi and the other reported directly to Mitch McConnell at that time. Those two called all the shots for security at the time of this incident. The blame should fall on both of them not just Pelosi.
