  1.  @joshuahudnut4992  There's been a problem there since Ronald Reagan was in office. The problem is whichever party is in power ignored the situation. Congress has failed to act so the southern border is ruled by presidential executive orders which change with each president. Biden's policies are garbage but this is really on congress.
