The Supreme Court is saying it's a procedural issue. They're saying that they have to sue the state in the lower courts first.

@chrisrautmann8936 Roe vs Wade isn't actually a law though. If they want to solve this permanently congress needs to pass a law.

@AshGreen359 The easy solution for them is to take it to a liberal court in Austin. A judge there can temporarily block the bill until it goes to the Supreme Court.

@chrisrautmann8936 It's an opinion that can be overturned. Simple solution Nancy Pelosi has the majority and can pass a bill to make it law.
