  4.  @dc14522  The panel of judges are all democrats. The vote was 4 to 3. Read what the 3 opposing judges wrote. Congress has to authorize the use of the 14th amendment. This will be reversed in the Supreme Court.

  5.  @dc14522  Think about something like this. What if a group of hyper partisan judges in a red state did the same thing to Biden. They could find Biden guilty of Treason with no trial for what's going on at the border and remove him from that states ballot. We can't have judges doing this.
