  4.  @SovannNou  How could he possibly make that decision when he wasn't in office when the decision was made? The president has no authority on the capital building anyways. Capital police are in charge of the security for the capital building. And the chain of command goes like this for the capital. The capital police report directly to the sergeant of arms. The sergeant of arms reports directly to Nancy Pelosi. So a the end of the day this falls in Nancy Pelosis lap. Have a good day.
