  6. The president has the right to claim executive privilege. He also has the right to challenge subpoenas from congress. Congress then has the right to challenge the president in court. Which they didn't do. This is exactly why there's 3 branches of the government. Democrats lost this argument because they didn't challenge him in court.

  18. Ummm there were crimes in Bill Clintons case. I suggest you research the whitewater scandal which prompted the special prosecutor in that case. Over 15 people were indicted and multiple people went to prison over whitewater.
