  1.  william perkins  I'm no fan of any of them. But all presidents have the right to claim executive privilege!! Which Trump claimed. The house then has to challenge executive privilege in court which they didn't do. So they lost this argument..... The witnesses in Clintons case also weren't white house council or National security advisors either. Big difference!!!!! Obstruction of congress charge would be defeated by any first year law student.

The only reason I can think of for Nancy Pelosi do this is its going to hurt Bernie Sanders. Establishment Democrats really hate him and don't want him to be the nominee.

  8.  @ab3040  6 days a week. Senators aren't allowed to speak during the trial either. It will definitely be the end of Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker and Klobuchar. It's going to help Biden, Mayor Pete and the billionaires. That's why I'm wondering on the timing.
