  2. Whether you like Trump or not the president has the right to claim executive privilege which he did. The president also has the right to challenge subpoenas. This is exactly why there's 3 branches of the government. The house then has to challenge this in court which they didn't. This was taught in a basic 5th grade civics class my friend.
