This was his budget and he over spent by trillions of dollars. These presidents need to learn how to balance a budget Sparky.

  12.  @lavernevictoriacarol4531  Just to be clear this isn't a partisan issue it's an economic issue. We haven't had a balanced budget since Bill Clinton. Bush Jr, Obama, Trump and Biden are and were horrible when it comes to this.
