  6.  @guero5847  I give him credit for being able to balance a budget. He's the last president to actually have a surplus. NAFTA was a disaster that set the next administration up for failure though. I never gaf about his affairs.

  7.  @guero5847  Also I believe it was Clinton that let China in the WTO. I have to double check that. When China started dumping all that cheap steel in America it killed a lot of steel towns.
