@bigboybigboy33 Was Cohen not a lawyer? So technically it's lawyer fees. Also what you're saying is he falsified business records. That's a misdemeanor in NY with a statute of limitation of 2 years.

@bigboybigboy33 In order for that to be raised to a felony it has to be connected to another crime. 2 problems here.1 Alvin Bragg never listed the second crime on the indictment. 2ndly the statute of limitations is 5 years on that. This happened 7 years ago. This case won't survive pretrial motions.
