  1. That over growth of vegetation/tree limbs should have been taken care of months ago. Now they still have to deal with the vegetation/tree limbs in addition to the downed power lines and poles. But this is all by design, now they can ask for increased rates from the costumers. Entergy needs to do away with diversity hires and get some real management.
