  1. These young thugs are well past the point of no return. It’s very sad but very true. You absolutely need to stop the bleeding from the carnage. The only way to start the healing is by getting them off the streets. A big, brand new prison in New Orleans East is the only answer. People choose a life of crime. Thugs make decisions that create havoc on society.
