  2. ⁠ Crime in New Orleans is out of hand. People deserve to feel safe. Enforcing laws and locking people up for their crimes protects innocent people and it gives the perpetrators an opportunity to dry up and heal from drug addiction. Something has to change. New Orleans will never improve unless you get rid of the hard drugs and that begins with enforcing the laws.
