I've said it before, but Albanese is too forgettable. It's why Shorten lost the last election. I ask my friends who the leaders are, and they only know "sco mo"... Labor needs to get Penny Wong as the leader, she has more balls than the other guys. And people will remember who she is, and talk about her, whether good or bad, is better than being forgettable in Aussie politics.

@Sketcher Manic what about Dreyfus, or would Bob Carr come back? Charisma is so important in Aussie politics, and Labor's leaders have been lacking in that regard.

@Sketcher Manic either way, Labor needs to find the equivalent of a "Kevin Rudd" (2007 era) type. These current leaders are just Kim Beasley/Mark Latham all over again...
