@helfiaskomirotaino so all the significant animals were killed off by non-english people's... That's my point. Not really talking about crayfish and dragonflys here. Besides, your point is that the English would have killed them off. Let's explore this hypothetical - the English 'did not' kill off Africa's megafauna. We have many more examples of other indigenous peoples causing extinction of megafauna.
