  1.  @ambulocetusnatans  same here. I actually conditioned myself to sleep on my back a few years ago (thought it'd be better for spine) - then had horrific visits from "fire demons" during sleep paralysis. Now have conditioned myself to sleep on my side, and don't regret it.
