  2.  @greebj . Those are some great pointers. I had already tapered from Xanax down to valium over a few months. Booked a psychologist recently, so I will work though those tips with him. Although, not victimised by pharma, I've been buying street for years. I'm sure there's some victim mentality I'm yet to uncover though. Thanks again.

  3. This is nothing new. I'm glad you're currently being taught about the dangers, but most people have been aware of this for a long time. I myself have a script for benzos, I asked the doctor to allow me 7 pills every two months... You can still have a benzo script and remain safe, and healthy.
