  1. He should AT LEAST be charged the cost it takes to maintain an investigation unit of the 20 police and detectives involved in this case. What a waste of police time and money. He should owe the public, those police could have been out solving real crimes.

  4.  @WDMurphy . Funny, cause I am Australian. The word we use for confessing to the police (especially when it involves squealing on your friends) is "dog". Eg. "Mark dogged on you guys, and the cops are coming for your stash" "Dog" is the most offensive word to call someone in Australia, by far.
