I'd say to young guys, start working out asap, get ripped. Eat a manly fucking steak as often as you can. Always defend yourself. And get a man's job if you're struggling at school, like a carpenter or bricklayer. Then hang around other guys with the same ideals. That's my thoughts for ocnbating suicide.

@ThermicLight no, I worked in demolition and still worked out on my days off. Because those jobs make you strong, but not big.

@jerrytown3792 probably a good idea to say "always defend yourself" rather than "don't hit people". I remember my dad telling me that when I was 12. Went to a rough highschool, learnt how to fight back, and then got respect from everyone.

@Araneus21 that's a lesson I try incorporate more and more, everyday. With friends moving away, getting married etc. I always try remind myself of my most important hobbies. Good to see other realise that too.
